In October 1994, the Manufacturing and Packaging Plant was approached by the local LE Representative about the benefits of using LE products plant-wide. All applications were addressed.

LE Solution
The local LE Representative recommended a Lubrication Survey of the entire plant. To meet the needs of the Dairy Products Processor’s schedule, the Lubrication Survey was not done plant-wide, but as each individual machine was scheduled for maintenance, its exact lubrication requirements were noted and the correct LE product chosen. This Lubrication Survey was started in October of 1995 and completed in October of 1996. Since then, the plant has grown and evolved and so has the plant survey. However, consolidation has still been maintained as possible.
Results
The Dairy Products Processor has gone 100% Lubrication Engineers lubricants and product inventory consolidation has been achieved.
