Application
A.J. Trunzo operates a BTI Impact Hammer for breaking up rock, concrete and blacktop.
Challenge
Grease was pounding out causing the pounding mechanism bearing on the BTI Impact Hammer to wear out quickly. Grease consumption seemed excessive at two tubes per day.

While using a commercial grade grease, A.J. Trunzo was using two tubes per day on a twelve hour shift. Since converting to LE 4622, grease consumption has decreased to two tubes per week on the same exact maintenance schedule and machine usage.
